Coconut Water Popsicles

You can make coconut water into a delish ice cold treat instantly! If you have a Popsicle mold (you can buy them from target or Walmart), then all you have to do is pour your favorite brand of coconut water (mine is coco libre) into the molds and freeze! If you wanna get fancy with it, then you can put your favorite fruit in a good processor, blend, mix with the coco water and freeze!

My Husband's Promotion Ceremony

Today was a very special day! 

My husband got promoted to Staff Sergeant in the Air Force. I am so very very happy for him because not every Airman makes Staff Sgt-you have to test for it and pass. 

The first jacket is his :)

It is tradition in the Air Force that when you get a promotion, you have to get punched where your new stripes are during your ceremony, typically by two people who have worn the rank before.
