For lunch, I decided to go Paleo and make an avocado and steak salad! I got the recipe here, but I added some salad mix into the recipe :)

14 Weeks Pregnancy Chalkboard Update
How far along? 14 Weeks
Weight Gain: 1 lbs
Stretch Marks: None
Belly Button: In
Wedding Rings On/Off:
On
Movement: Baby is moving on the ultrasound but I still feel no movement.
Feeling: Feeling great!
Cravings: Sushi. Pizza. FRIES! (healthy homemade though) Im starting to crave sweets here and there which is odd.
Symptom: Some sciatic nerve pain when I sit still for too
long! And now it happens when I walk for long periods of time. Oh boy!
Missing: Sleeping on my tummy!
Looking Forward to: Finding out the gender in two weeks from today!
Sleep: Tossing and turning more and more.
Exercise: Still
Lifting and cardio 3 times per week. Just because you are pregnant does not
mean to quit :P
Eating: Healthy all the way! Going to have to up my calories now that I am in second trimester.

25 Calorie Banana Oat Cookies
Banana cookies (they taste just like banana bread!)
1 banana
1/3 oat bran
1/3 wheat bran
1/3 wheat germ
2.5 tbsp flour
4 tbsp skim powdered milk
1/2 C unsweetened applesauce (or plain yogurt)
1 C sweetener of choice
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste !
350 for 17 minutes - makes 20-24 cookies, 20-25 calories
each!
Hands up for a 25 calories cookie !
