17 Week Pregnancy Chalkboard Update
Weight Gain: 1 lbs (fluctuates from my pre-preg weight to 1lb still)
Stretch Marks: None
Belly Button: In
Wedding Rings On/Off: On
Movement: I feel him move daily, a few times a day. Usually after I eat, when I drink something, or if I yell or laugh!
Feeling: Feeling great!!!! And fit!!!!!
Cravings: Cheese, still.
Symptom: Feeling flutters in my belly! :)
Missing: Nothing at all.
Looking Forward to: Meeting my little man! We have been shopping for him since we knew the gender!
Sleep: I feel like I could sleep FOREVER lol.
Exercise: Still lifting and mainly cardio now-now up to FIVE times per week. Just because you are pregnant does not mean to quit :P Since I am getting bigger, I am upping my activity to keep weight gain steady
Eating: Healthy all the way! 2,300 cals per day. Lots of fruits, veggies, and lean meats.

Fit Pregnancy Continues
17 weeks pregnant today! Just ran 5 miles. Feeling better than ever. Our marathon run is just around the corner!
