34 Weeks Pregnancy Chalkboard Update



How far along? 34 Weeks.

Gender: ITS A BOY!

Total Weight Gain: 15lbs

Stretch Marks: No new ones; none on my belly. Linea Negra is starting to show very faintly.

Belly Button: Neither in or out now. Just a weird flat one! ha!

Wedding Rings On/Off:  On.

Movement: All the time! Bigger and more forceful!

Feeling: Pretty well for the most part.

Cravings: The sweets cravings have begun. I am craving ice cream!

Symptoms: Lower back pain & insomnia. Yay!

Missing: Sleeping comfortably on my tummy.

Looking Forward to: Our next baby shower in January!

Sleep: HELLLLLOOOO INSOMNIA :(

Exercise:  My workouts have decreased down to 3 times per week now. I am focusing mainly on cardio at this point to relieve my achy joints. I am still doing some weight lifting here and there once or twice per week.

Eating: Still healthy, no cheat meals. Around 2,300 calories a day still.

Stretch Marks: No new ones; none on my belly.

Belly Button: Neither in or out now. Just a weird flat one! ha!
