A stability ball is very easy to find, but I get emails daily asking where to find one. Simple! Walmart or Target typically has them for around $15-$20. Amazon.com has them for even cheaper. A great quality stability ball is very important to have. Why? There's so much you can do with it!
Mine is actually doubling as my "birthing ball" during labor!
