My new favorite thing for Christmas this year has got to be White Chocolate Raspberry Coffee Creamer. I tried the International Delight brand and was hooked! But upon reading the ingredients, I wondered if there was a way to make a healthier version of this new fave of mine.
I decided to make my own version and behold-it was YUMMYLICIOUS!!
- 2 tbs raspberry extract
- 2 tbsp Stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp Ghirardelli White Chocolate Powder
- 2 cups coconut or almond milk
Bring ingredients to a simmer in a saucepan. Store in an air tight container!
