July is a month filled with barbecues, swimming pools, drinks, family, and America's founding day. It also tends to be one of those months where we feel a little bit too relaxed, put fitness on the back-burner, and then pig out on junk food and alcohol. Then, without realizing it, we have put on a little extra weight for the summer.
