What a typical day should look like for a bodybuilder.



I can honestly say that I eat the SAME thing for lunch everyday usually. I do it not only because its easy and I work full time, so I am busy, but I do it because I prep it all on one day and then I wont have to worry during the week. Here is an easy chicken and broccoli recipe that all bodybuilders use!
