Hopefully, you said (or thought in your mind) the second set of photos. Women has such a huge misconception that lifting heavy weights WILL make you look manly or give you great big muscles. That is most definitely not the case. Why? Because we do not carry enough testosterone in our blood. Research has shown that there is no reason why a woman should not be training like a man. I lost a lot of weight (45lbs to be exact) a while back with the intention set on being SKINNY-not muscular. Now, all I crave is a muscular body and have dedicated at LEAST 3 days in the gym to lift heavy weights. So far, its been 3 weeks and I have noticed such a change. I am taking before photos tonight to track my progress.
