My FAVORITE 48 Calorie Treat

Philly Swirl Stix are Italian flavored ice popsicles and are only 48 calories each. Whenever I am craving sweets or ice cream, I reach for one (or two!) of these instead. They run around $3 at walmart, and also come in cups as well.
