Diary of a Fit Mommy's One Week Clean Eating Plan


Here is a one week example of how I ate when I lost almost 50lbs. As you can see, I ate every 2-3 hours to keep my metabolism high and fired up. This is similar to how I will be eating for my Postpartum diet plan.
