Guest Post Erica Ziel From Knocked Up Fitness!



Good morning, ladies!
I have a special guest post on the blog this morning.
I would like to introduce you all to Erica Ziel, the founder of Knocked Up Fitness; a site dedicated to prenatal & postpartum fitness. It is so amazing to be able to connect with other fit mommies out there and to see that we all have the same common goal: empowering women everywhere to stay fit no matter what! Erica is a mom of 3 (I am serious!) and is a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, AND nutritionist. 

Here is a live 20 minute Pilates workout that is focused on booty & shoulders, plus deep core activation. This workout is great for postpartum mothers as well!
