Hip Mommy Kangaroo Tube Review

Hi ladies!

Today, I am reviewing the the cutest little baby wearing garment from a company called Hip Mommy.
Hip Mommy was founded on a love for babywearing & breastfeeding, attachment parenting, & natural parenting. This online boutique caters to your babywearing needs as well as serving their customers with maternitynursing wear, stylish diaper bags, baby carriers, daddy baby carriers, skincare & wellness, and more!

Hip Mommy also provides educational information on babywearing & offers classes & consultations as well!

The item that I had the pleasure of reviewing was the Kangaroo Tube
I first discovered this item on Pinterest and it caught my eye right away! The way is works is simple, but truly awesome.

Halter straps kangaroo tube. I need one of these for the next baby! SO cool

The halter is made so that your newborn can fit snugly inside a neat little built-in pocket.
The tank's purpose is to ensure and embrace skin-to-skin contact-a MUST when having a newborn. Skin-to-skin contact is so important for bonding, growth, and development of the newborn and it is so nice to see a garment actually promote that. While this halter top holds the infant close to your bare skin, it also allows for easy breastfeeding! What a bonus!

I wish I could pin into two boards at once: I want this! Skin-to-skin carrier thats a shirt.

The Kangaroo Tube is actually not a carrier, but more of a "holder" or "snuggler" I guess you could say. Its meant to hold your newborn to your skin while laying down or sitting up in a chair relaxing. I have walked around with my son in mine, but I made sure to hold his bottom as the halter is not made to support the infant's weight.

My son absolutely loved this Kangaroo Tube! He likes to be close, as most newborns do. I found the tank to be extremely comfy and snug. I love the way it fits and could see myself (and I plan on it) still wearing this tank when he gets too big for it as a normal halter top! Therefore, this product truly transitions well. It comes in a few different colors, but I had chosen the plum.

The verdict?
A newborn MUST HAVE. Loved it & Hip Mommy altogether!
