Thirsty Thursday: ChocoPeanutBerry Smoothie
Filled with antioxidants and protein. A great post workout shake.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 TB Natural Peanut Butter
1 Cup of Ice
Blend and enjoy!
