Your Quick Guide to Going Paleo
The Paleo diet is a popular diet which focuses on the primal foods that humans need. The idea behind Paleo is eating foods in their most natural form-foods that came from the Earth and did not have to be made by man. If the caveman didn't eat it, you can't either. The theory & purpose behind this diet is that we will be leaner and less likely to develop health issues such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and other health conditions.
This diet is also known as the hunter-gather diet: think meats, fruits, veggies, nuts, & seeds. I personally have had a lot of luck on this diet within a matter of just a few months since this diet stays away from processed junk and focuses on the clean & natural. The biggest weakness that someone might have going Paleo is staying away from packaged & processed foods-at least in the beginning.
