Blendtec Blender Review

Hi ladies!

Today, I bring you a machine that has been a staple in my postpartum diet plan. I have paired with Blendtec to bring you an amazing blender that makes your smoothies taste just like Smoothie King!

I had the chance to review the Designer Series Wildside blender. The package includes:

  • Designer Series motor base
  • WildSide jar
  • Vented Gripper™ lid
  • Fresh Blends Recipe book
  • Owner's manual
  • Registration card
This blender is dubbed the "Swiss Army Knife" if blenders because it can do the job of many appliances. It's a whole juicer, meat grinder, latte machine, bread mixer, ice cream maker, grain mill, coffee grinder, milk shake mixer, and blender.

I was first amazed when I plugged the blender up and the touchscreen lit up before my eyes! I had never seen a blender do this! The touchscreen features little icons specific to what you are making. It also lets you control the power. You simply hit the button & go!

I tested the Blendtec Wildside out by using one of my pre-made smoothie packs that I had made while I was pregnant. I knew I would not have much time after Greyson was born and that smoothies would be such a wonderful idea! I then added a small amount of water.

I hit the smoothie button and stood by. The blender took full control with its powerful motor and boy! Was I ever impressed! My husband and I stood back and looked at each other in silence: this was not your average blender.

We kept watching in amazement.
Did I mention that this baby has 1,560 watts of power? It's the most powerful form available for home use!!

Soon enough, all of the frozen fruits were blended to a smooth delicacy.
I poured the finished product into a glass and enjoyed every last bit.
This was better than Smoothie King and Tropical Smoothie! The cleanup of this blender was also super easy-easy as 1,2,3!

I also had the chance to review the Twister Jar by Blendtec. It features a:

  • Patented Twister lid
  • Mini Gripper™ lid for containing thinner blends
  • Twister Jar
  • Spectacula
This twister jar was so cool!
The first thing that my husband and I made with it was homemade two ingredient ice cream, which was featured in Blendtec's recipe book that comes with the jar. You can also make soup, guacamole, process veggies, baby food, and so much more-in this tiny jar.

Take frozen banana slices. Blend while twisting the top to even it all out.

The results? The Blendtec blended the frozen banana chips into a smooth, ice creamy textured blend. My husband and I really enjoyed the results and so did our bellies!  Not many blenders can do this as well.

Overall, we are thrilled to own this powerful and high quality blender. We rate it a 10/10!
