Peach Cobbler Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla)
- 1 fresh peach, sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend thoroughly.
- Add more ice cubes for a frostier smoothie.
