I often get asked a lot about bloating and water weight in general. I want to reassure you that even the fittest of the fit look bloated at the end of the day. Actually, you SHOULD look somewhat bloated! I mean, chances are, you've eaten food and (hopefully) drank at least half of your body weight in ounces of water. So, go to bed and don't sweat it!
