DIY Metabolism Boosting Fat Burning Elixir

Ingredients:
  • 1 glass of water (12-16 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • stevia to taste
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and drink each morning upon waking up.
