- 1 glass of water (12-16 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 dash Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- stevia to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and drink each morning upon waking up.
