We all know that water is good for you, blah, blah, blah-over and done! We also know the benefits of getting just the right amount of water intake daily.
However, do we know the risks of not drinking enough H20?
Some side effects often include:
- Dehydration
- Headaches
- Fatigue
- Irritability
- Kidney stones
- Dry skin
- Water retention
- Constipation
- Joint & muscle pains
- and so forth.
Yikes.
Here is a great tip that I have learned to ensure that I am drinking enough water throughout my day-no matter how busy life gets: Make a water schedule.
You might think, "Ha, I don't need to do that!" Well, you would be surprised at how sidetracked that you get during the day. This, for me, is the ultimate way of keeping me on track. It never fails... unless I forget my water bottle (oh shit!). Rule #1: Don't forget your water bottle. Ok? :)
