After all of my researching, I decided to go with Workoutbands.com to try their complete workout band set.
These bands are an awesome addition to any strength training regimen or even for rehabilitation. It uses your own body-weight and strength to create a resistance-making your movements harder by working against you.
You can literally give yourself a full body strength training workout with the same effects as if you were to use free weights!
Included in my workout bands set was a card with over 15 moves that you can do right off the bat!
Pretty cool huh?
Here are some of my favorite workouts!
The pumping iron: works your biceps.
The Criss-Cross: Works your full arm muscles-triceps and biceps. I could also feel the burn in my shoulders.
The Squatter: Amazing for getting that toned, tight butt that you have been wanting. Using your own resistance is super benefical!
The Reaching for the Sky: This move is similar to woodchoppers and really works your arms and abs. This is a perfect move for your obliques!
The Rowboat: Works your arms, back, and shoulders.
The Leg Lifter: Also like a donkey kick, this uses your own body's resistance to tone and tighten those glutes!
The Tricep Thruster: Works your triceps, of course! I also felt the burn in my back.
I had the chance to review the complete workout band set that includes everything you could possibly need! This is easily the most popular purchase from their site and you’ll have everything you need to get started.
Here is what’s included in our workout band complete package:
