15 Weeks Pregnancy Chalkboard Update!


How far along? 15 Weeks! We are officially ALMOST halfway there!

Weight Gain: 1 lbs (fluctuates from my pre-preg weight to 1lb)

Stretch Marks: None

Belly Button: In

Wedding Rings On/Off:  On

Movement: Baby is moving on the ultrasound but I still feel no movement. Sometimes I feel like I SEE it when I lay down on my back, but I am not sure.

Feeling: Feeling great! 

Cravings: Cravings sweets and fruits more and more. Still love sushi more than ever. I can eat like a MAN! But I do aim for around 2,000 cals per day, keeping things healthy and in moderation.

Symptom: Sciatic pain is getting better. Back pain starting to become present more.

Missing: Sleeping on my tummy! And.... my abs! 

Looking Forward to: Finding out the gender in ONE week from today!

Sleep: I feel like I could sleep FOREVER lol.

Exercise:  Still Lifting and cardio, but now up to 4 times per week. Just because you are pregnant does not mean to quit :P Since I am getting bigger, I am upping my activity to keep weight gain steady

Eating: Healthy all the way! 2,000 cals per day. Lots of fruits, veggies, and lean meats.
