My Favorite Pregnancy Snack Before Bedtime

Sometimes, before bedtime I crave something yummy! But since it is later in the evening, if I eat something, I make sure its primarily protein. I would like to share my favorite snack with you!


Take one cup vanilla Greek Yogurt.


Add 1 tbsp peanut butter.


Mix.

ENJOY!

250 calories of amazingness.
