A few of you had asked me to post my skinny blackberry cobbler recipe when I had mentioned it on my Facebook page. It is so simple to make and it is absolutely yummy! And, it is a lot better for you than the regular version.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup coconut palm sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine sugar, flour, oil, and milk into a bowl and whisk thoroughly.
- Pour into a greased dish.
- Top blackberries over the mixture and place dish into the oven
- Bake for 25 minutes.
