Coffee Protein Post-Workout Shake

Made a delicious coffee protein shake after my workout this morning! Sometimes I will even drink this as a pre-workout since the coffee instantly energizes me!  You will need: 1-2 scoops of MRM vanilla protein powder (use code SIA at checkout for 40% off all products at http://mrm-usa.com)  1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup coffee (more or less depending on what consistency you like)
