Best Stability Ball Exercises For Pregnancy

A stability or fitness ball has been a favorite tool of mine throughout my pregnancy. There's just SO many things you can do with one! You can easily get one from Target or Walmart for around $15. Mine will be doubling as my "birthing" or laboring ball during my impending labor.  I also use it for several minutes nightly to do pregnancy stretches to make sure baby will be head down.

I am 33 weeks pregnant and enjoy using the ball as a low impact, easy way to stay fit and to relieve back pain. It also helps me unwind at night!
