 I am due to give birth at the end of January and I will be on my own challenge to getting my pre-baby body back. Why not join me and start a personal challenge of your own?



Here is an easy at home workout to get you started. 
Do 3 sets of 12 reps each upon waking up and before going to bed.
Also, do not forget to mix in some cardio by running or jogging at least 4-5 days a week for 30 minutes.
Going to the gym and lifting weights is also an added bonus!

1. The Mountain Climber

2.The Glute Bridge

3. Side Lunges

4.Basic Squat

5.Lunge

6.Side Plank

7. High Knees

8.Backside Kicks

9.Frog Jumps

10. Tricep Dips
