Postpartum check-in: Month One.
Diet: kinda whatever here and there. no fast foods of course! clean mostly but not 100%. eating a ton to keep milk supply up!
Workouts: none till I can get cleared in less than two weeks or so! brisk walking here and there. that's all.
Plan: start lifting and running as soon as I can. diet starts when workouts start since I'll have to recalculate everything anyway to make sure I'm eating enough to workout AND breastfeed.
