Paleo Pregnancy


Since I lost 45lbs a few years ago, people asked, how did I do it? I changed my diet. What did you eat? Primarily Paleo. In my mind, Paleo is the only way of eating! It just makes sense. Before I became pregnant, I went back to carbs-breads, wheats, grains, etc-and I felt more bloated than ever! As I started getting back into the gym, I went back to Paleo and found out I was pregnant! Since then, I have kept up a primarily Paleo diet and have actually been able to tone myself through pregnancy!

  1. Thank you so much for posting this! You look amazing! I'm eating healthier & working out but also TTC #1 and as wondering if it was possible to be pregnant and still lose weight & get fit. I saw in your latest post that you've only gained 1 pound but it seems it's all baby. Do you think you've actually lost weight but the baby accounts for the weight plus the pound? Thanks again, you are an inspiration!
