Healthy Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Providing a good source of healthy fats mixed with a little indulgence, this Healthy Chocolate Avocado Mousse is perfect for any chocolate lover's sweet tooth-without the extra guilt! 

Healthy Chocolate Avocado Mousse


  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 avocados
  • 4oz dark chocolate pieces 
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder 
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil


  1. Melt chocolate pieces, coconut oil, & honey on the stovetop in a saucepan for 5 minutes on medium. 
  2. Combine melted chocolate mixture with avocados & cocoa powder in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place in the fridge and chill overnight.
