First off, just gotta say this is the PERFECT PALEO snack. And they are simply addicting!
I like to serve these as quick and easy appetizers at a party, or as a simple Paleo snack for myself.
All you need?
*One pack bacon (turkey is my fave)
* One ripe avocado
*Seasoning of choice (salt, pepper, garlic)
What to do?
Cook bacon to your liking. I enjoy the oven method.
Then I will usually pat the excess grease with paper towels.
Cut into one inch sections.
Cut up and pit the avocado. Mash. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix!
Place one tsp of avocado mixture between two squares of bacon.
Serve!
Enjoy!
