My Postpartum Fitness & Diet Plans

I have been getting a lot of emails and questions about what I plan to do to bounce back to my pre-pregnancy body. I have a tried & true program that I absolutely love and that is Jamie Eason's 12 week LiveFit program. It's a relatively easy and awesome program to follow-for anyone. However, I usually tweak this program a bit to tailor it to my needs since every body is so different and so is every need.

I will be writing an eBook on my postpartum fitness and diet plan specifically, but it won't be ready for launch until late summer! I want to make sure that I have tried everything thoroughly before writing about it. I cannot wait to bounce back into shape after baby! I will be sharing the supplements I use, the foods I eat, and the workouts that I do. I will show you how you, too, can get your old body back-possibly an even BETTER body than before. 

As I've mentioned, I will be mixing this program with my own program that I am developing. Here are some awesome recipes for the LiveFit program:

Here is the supplement stack to use when completing this program. I use a couple of these products, but will be adding/exchanging a few of my own that has worked for me in the past. Again, you have to do what works for YOU! This is a general plan.




The program is broken down into 3 phases; each 4 weeks long. Not bad at all. Also, here is the success formula to the LiveFit program to obtain optimum results!

Phase One is absolutely NO CARDIO. I know what you are think. WHAT?? Yes. Jamie has a reason for this! This phase, you begin activating those muscles you did not know you had ;)

Phase Two re-introduces cardio back into your workout plan.
This phase gets your kicking your fat to the curb in no time! In this phase, you will lessen the amount of carbs you eat to help lean you out.

Lastly, Phase Three kicks it up to the ultimate level! This phase primarily focuses on fat burning by adding HIIT exercises; the kinda work that gets your heart pumping out of your chest (in a good way)! In this phase, you will also begin to learn how to carb cycle and you will learn to determine how many calories your body needs.
