These are a staple in the Cooper household. I make this probably 3-4 mornings each week because my husband loves them so much! Ever since I started eating them so often, I have noticed a HUGE increase in my milk supply! Wonder why? All the oats and flax seeds of course! Try it for yourself!
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup Silk almond coconut milk
4 tsp flax seeds
1 banana
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil (for the skillet)
What to do:
Combine all ingredients in a blender-I use my Blendtec because it makes batter.
Pour onto a heated skillet, with melted coconut oil.
Heat each side for about two-three minutes. Flip. Repeat.
Apply fresh fruit, nuts, or organic pure maple syrup!
