Pumpking Post Workout Protein Shake


 One of my favorite fall recipes after getting home from the gym.

 Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond, soy, or coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • Ice (optional)
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
