Get a Fit Booty Like Amanda Latona's with This Workout!

Amanda Latona is one of my favorite fitness model competitors. She is not only a spokesperson for BodyBuilding.com, she is also an official athlete for the popular supplement company BSN. One of the things that I love most about her is her dedication to keeping her body nice and fit-especially her derriere!
Amanda's booty is the most sought out body part in the fitness world and now, I have got the deets on how you can get a fit booty like hers, too!

According to Muscle Fitness & Hers, here is AMANDA’S KICK-BUTT WORKOUT!
1.) Leg press with feet together: 3 sets of 20 reps
2.) Lunges on the smith machine: 3 sets of 15 reps
3.) Dumbbell squats super-set with dumbbell step ups: 3 sets of 20 reps (each exercise)
4.) Dumbbell reverse lunges: 3 sets of 12 reps
5.) Hack squats: 3 sets of 12/15/20 reps with 3 rest pauses at last set (pause for 3 seconds when you can’t do anymore, then do a few more reps)
6.) Jump lunges: 3 sets of 15 per leg (my legs were fried here I usually do 30 though on separate plyo day)
7.) Leg extensions: 3 sets of 20 reps with drop set on last set
