When it comes to meal prepping, it seems that keeping a salad for a week is practically impossible and that prepping a salad is a dead end. However, there IS a solution!
Say goodbye to soggy salads! Get your mason jars out and let’g go!
Here is how to stack your salad jars for your weekly meal preps!
Starting from the bottom:
1. First comes the dressing.
2. Followed by hearty items such as bigger veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, olives).
3. Next, top the hearty items with lighter items such as nuts, seeds, egg, bacon bits, etc!
4. Finally, at the very top, place your salad leaves. My personal favorite is spinach
