The $100 Diet has been a staple in my entire health and fitness journey. Not only do they post amazing articles with diet plans and workouts, they really do work. The best misconception that most folks have about weightloss or eating healthy is that its expensive. I manage to feed my husband and myself healthily for $75 a week. All healthy, all organic.
