The Gracious Wife's Protein Pumpkin Post Workout Shake

1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 hand-fulls of ice
1 packet stevia*
*for extra sweetness, you could add 1/2 banana or agave nectar
