Here is an AWESOME list of healthy coffee or smoothie options when you're on the go! I typically like to make my own when I can, even when I am pressed for time-just so I know WHAT is in my drink. But sometimes, life gets in the way and you gotta do whatcha can!
I stay away from frappes or frappuccinos from Starbucks because they are filled with JUNK aka sugar. Instead, when I crave coffee, I opt for an iced soy latte or hot black coffee.
I will always make smoothies using my own juice, but when I am craving a smoothie, angel food from Smoothie King or the green smoothie or blue lagoon smoothie from Tropical Smoothie rocks my socks.
