Everyone knows what I mean when I say "V" line or "V" shape. The line that goes downward on both sides of your lower abs immediately sends tongues (both men and women) wagging! The best way of achieving this look is clean eating-ever heard that abs were made in the kitchen? You heard right! For some, the V-shape might be unattainable due to genetics. Luckily for me, my body genetics enable me to have the V-Shape. Reducing your overall body fat and lowering your total percentage will immediately show results, but getting to that point is not instant, please realize. It took me 9 months to obtain my abs! But, I did not workout. If you combine the 3-cardio, clean eating, and abdominal exercises-think of how fast you will have results!
