Men LOVE a nice toned butt. There are no butts about it! (no pun intended)
My butt has ALWAYS been my biggest issue because it was not toned and I wanted that nice curvature to it that I saw fitness woman have. I decided to get off my butt and start lifting weights in order to achieve the perfect butt. So far, its been 3 weeks and even my husband has noticed a change! Im currently going to the gym 3 days a week, focusing on legs on two days and arms/back the other remaining day. My favorite butt toning machines are the inner thigh press, outer thigh press, leg press, and the butt press. Squats are the secret to a great bottom, I've learned!
