10 Minute At-Home HIIT Workout


Are you ready to kick your intensity levels into gear?

There are 3 basic intensity levels:
  • Low (or Light) is about 40-54% MHR.
  • Moderate is 55-69% MHR.
  • High (or Vigorous) is equal to or greater than 70% MHR.
The following workout takes about ten minutes to complete. Complete the following exercises using a timer and make sure you have a bottle of water nearby! You are gonna need it!

  • 45 seconds High Intensity
  • 45 seconds Moderate Intensity
  • 30 seconds Rest

  • 30 seconds Rest
