20 To-Do's for My Fitness Bucket List

Do you have a fitness related bucket list? I wanted to become more active with my family and teach my children that being outdoors and getting away from the tv, phone, and computer could actually be a lot of fun. Here are 20 things that I hope to accomplish before I die:

  1. Run a 5k (with actually running the whole time).
  2. Do the color run.
  3. Do the mud run.
  4. Do a split.
  5. Do a headstand (without a wall.

  7. Meditate on a mountain top.
  8. Learn to paddleboard.
  9. Be able to do a 10 minute wall sit.
  10. Plank for longer than 15 minutes.
  11. Go kayaking.
  12. Go on a yoga retreat.
  13. Be able to do a pull up.
  14. Learn to surf in Hawaii.

  16. Try rock climbing. 
  17. Learn to pole dance.
  18. Try Aerial yoga.
  19. Ice skate outdoors.
  20. Swim with the dolphins.
Now, I challenge YOU to create your very own fitness bucket list.
