Skinny Pumpkin Frozen Yogurt


Fall is just around the corner! Here is another yummy pumpkin filled recipe to add to your list this season.


  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth.
  2. Place in an air tight container and freeze overnight.
  3. Enjoy the next day!

Serves: 2
