I am 14 weeks postpartum and I am near done with the "leaning out" phase as I like to call it. Before building my body back, gaining mass, and putting on muscle, I have to lean things out-this is my particular method to transforming my postpartum body (which I will share in my postpartum ebook, coming out soon!).
I am currently 114lbs at 5 foot 3 inches and my abs are finally starting to return (woohoo!).
I cant wait to add some major strength training to the mix once I start hitting the weights hard. This will make the abdominal muscles POP and add definition.
Also, looking forward to building my butt back. Breastfeeding has robbed me of my pert bottom! To those of you who are wondering-yes, I am still breastfeeding. I am eating a TON!
At 16 weeks postpartum, the building phase will begin.
